Tas Demos has over ten years
of professional experience in accounting, taxation and business
development matters. Prior to being involved in the partnership of
Barone Demos & Co, Tas was employed with KPMG in their taxation
division. He has advised clients varying from large multinationals
to small and medium businesses. Tas is a Chartered Accountant and a
Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia holding a Bachelor of
Economics and Master of Taxation from the University of Sydney. In
addition to providing advice on taxation matters for clients, Tas
specialises in assisting clients to better manage their business by
monitoring their performance, preparing budgets, cash flow
forecasts and business plans. |

Brad Hodge commenced his
professional career at KPMG in 1985 in the small business tax
division as an undergraduate accountant. Over the ensuing 12 years
Brad gained extensive tax advisory and business consultancy
experience in attaining the position of senior manager. Brad is a
Chartered Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Economics majoring in
accounting and finance, is a Registered Tax Agent and a Justice of
the Peace. He has also completed the required diploma of financial
planning course at Deakin University to qualify as a certified
financial planner and is an authorised representative of Hillross Financial Services Limited. Brad's future career path will continue to be
one of business consulting and tax with a greater specialisation in
financial planning and wealth creation services. |

Gede Barone has over nine
years of professional experience in accounting, audit, wealth
creation and business development matters. Prior to being involved
in the partnership of Barone Demos, Gede was employed with Price
Waterhouse in their Business Assurance Services division. He has
provided advice and assistance to clients varying from large
multinationals to small and medium sized businesses. Gede is a
Chartered Accountant, Registered Tax Agent and a Registered Company
Auditor holding a Bachelor of Economics Degree from the University
of Sydney. In addition to providing advice on accounting matters
for clients, Gede specialises in assisting clients create more
wealth through improving business techniques and investment and
retirement planning. |

Harry
Brigden has been in practice since 1966 and is a Fellow of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a Registered
Company Auditor, Registered Tax Agent and Justice of the Peace. In
recent years Harry has specialised in providing taxation advice to
a wide range of companies and individuals, advice and audit
services for superannuation - particularly DIY funds - and advice
on estate planning. In addition, he has been retained by Boards of
Directors to provide financial and taxation advice. Harry has also enjoyed success with his
personal commercial activities. |
